my blood sugar level is a little bit higher than normal, normal range should not be higher than 6.8 and mine is 7.8 , so now i am on dieting and go to www.mslhk.com to meet nutrientist bi-weekly. need to be careful or your baby may be over-sized and causes complication in delievery.

Of course, PYN hasnt wireless & WIFI for internet connection la. even mobile is not recomended that using in the ward, will effect the machine of treatment ma.
yes, i will delivery my 2nd girl baby in PYN, there is 平靚正. Nurses are very nice. My Sonny was deliveried there in 2005, so this time will be there also.
When do you go PYN next time, may be we can met there if check up ......heehee

) 係就係無味d, 都唔會好難食. 孕婦會有床訓架, 不過就悶d, 你最好帶game去玩. 因為除咗等食餐同抽血, 就冇嘢好做了.
