I hired one who had 3 kids 2 years ago, was working mum, she was awful. She is not good at kids. Because she was working mum. She was much better at cleaning than looking after kids. She think she should drag my pran down the 26 flights of stairs.
my helper just like yours, I called her to interview, we could both understand each other (the concern in communications removed). I hired her. It was Oct 2012. I got luck. She is a good helper and a nice person and I will renew the contract in this Oct.
