Basically I agree with Bandband, if she is hardworking and responsible I'm willing to provide her air-con. However, I'm unsatifiy her performance as a maid, she wake up later than me & go to bed eariler than me. When the temperate drop to only 18C, she start to use hot water to clean up the house, eat the food whatever she like without asking my permission (she even eat baby's food), left baby alone to take bath in the afternoon....etc, Then I'm feeling that give her air-cond is not worth.
