I really don't understand why they didn't terminate
the contract if the 賓賓 not came back on time, because once emolyor terminate the contract, 賓賓 can only stay in Hongkong within 14days then she must be return to Philippine. For myself, I don't trust agents because they're also always telling lies
as well.
I also wonder like 黑仔」夫婦's case, can they just give written confirmation to Phil Immigration to terminate the Visa of that 賓賓, then she could only stay in HK for 14 days only. If anything happen to that 賓賓, employer is liable.
