how and when u will tell her ??

i have this experence b4,
I told my maid around 3 months,
as I think I should prepare/guess how is her respons.
And I will also test her b4(pretend my fr......)
observe her respons lor........
I have no uch problems b4 coz my maid always push me to have a 2nd baby.
May be she worry about I will not renew the contract with her if I hv no new born baby(coz my elder girl is 4-5 yrs old at that timel)

my maid is new comer and work for my family for 3
months. so i don't know how she will respond ?
also the agent company phone to me today to terminate the contract and sign the other contract with her on
October. so i am thinking that she want to continue to
sign or not ?

O...ic!
But you better tell her b4 you sign with her(these are my own opinions)!
Incase if she really don't want to take care one more baby, later on , she found that you hide her, then can you imagine how she feel, may be she will not treat our kids well!
At the end, who will be suffer?
You still hv time to find another one in this monment if she really reject you!
