I have tried 'dot dot green' organic soya beans (dry or soaked) but it tasted of 豆青味. The japanese soya beans from Three-Sixty does not have this problem but expensive and bland.

Any BK mums can help? Do I need to boil it again on the stove to get rid of the 'green' taste?
