反式脂肪( trans fats )﹝又稱反式脂肪酸( trans fatty acids )﹞主要是一種由氫化過程產生的脂肪。當植物油被氫化,便會產生反式脂肪,而原本是液體狀的植物油亦會變成半固體或固體狀。經過氫化的植物油,不易變壞,可延長保質期。氫化植物油與動物脂肪的特性相似,可令食物口感更佳,但價錢較便宜。牛和羊的奶和脂肪亦含有少量天然的反式脂肪。
But human milk does not contain 豬油成份. If human milk is best, we have to choose the formula close to human milk. We should aware what the formula contains. Don't follow others without science.
