Job Responsibilities
· Handle full set of accounts
· Prepare financial reports.
· Responsible for general accounting duties, such as input accounting entries, processing receipts and invoices, bank reconciliation, balance sheet and so on.
· Provide timely and accurate book-keeping service.
· Coordinate & follow up accounting operations with various clients.
· Mainly provide administrative and clerical support.
· Liaise with auditors for audit and tax matters.
· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. LCCI intermediary Level & finished secondary school education; or Diploma or above in accountancy
2. Minimum 3-5 years relevant bookkeeping experience in handling full sets of accounts.
3. Mature, detail-minded, independent, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skill;
4. Proficient in MS office (word, excel), QuickBooks, MYOB etc.
5. Experience in Taxation service & SME’s accounting is an advantage.
6. Good command of English and Cantonese.
7. Immediate available is highly preferred.
