I have checked that the maid hasn't gone back to Indonesia by using my ticket. I don't think she will have another ticket to go back to Indonesia. Do you think that the maid is still in Hong Kong? If so, she is over-stayed. If she went to Macau or China (I don't know how long they can stay there), the agent can still sell her in HK as overseas maid. Right?
