請問斷約的工人是否會先在香港留14天,然後才去澳門/大陸呢?
由入境處批visa的4-6星期,是計該工人找到新僱主那天開始嗎?
若工人比一個月通知原僱主辭職,agent是否已可由她比信僱主那天開始,就幫她簽新的僱主呢?
若可以的話,咁該斷約工人是否不用由離開原僱主那天才開始計4-6星期呢?
另外,請問斷約的工人若未攞到新visa,她們是否只是每天流連在agent處?

由入境處批visa的4-6星期,是計該工人找到新僱主那天開始嗎? It should be counted from the date when the Immigration Dept has received your application via agent.

若工人比一個月通知原僱主辭職,agent是否已可由她比信僱主那天開始,就幫她簽新的僱主呢? She can find new employer before the termination date. However, Immigration Officers do not accept the application if they do not receive any termination notice from ex-employer.

若可以的話,咁該斷約工人是否不用由離開原僱主那天才開始計4-6星期呢? It should be counted from the date when the Immigration Dept has received your application via agent. Besides, The VISA application is only approved after the maid exits HK.

另外,請問斷約的工人若未攞到新visa,她們是否只是每天流連在agent處? If they do not want to go back to home countries, they normally stay at agent houses so to arrange interview with new employers.

而斷約的工人一定要離開香港先出到新visa,
如果個斷約工人搵到新僱主, 有d會走去澳門等新visa出, 新visa出左先返香港上工!

如果樓主真係想請一個斷約工人, 你預個斷約工人, 最快最快都要一個半月先可以拎到新visa, 此時間係我agent講.....

我想找新工人,但睇咗好多海外的都搵唔到啱,agent話有個斷約工人幾好.我心思思想試下,但又怕工人質素很差....

另有個朋友說他的斷約工人離開佢家不到14天,就已見佢在沙田返新工了.
但又說簽visa要4-6星期,點解佢個工人咁快就可以上新工呢?

我因等工人用,若斷約的工人可以咁快上工,亦想一試.

因我未請過斷約的,唔知要留意什麼.

The agent suggested me to employ this broken-contract maid. She said the maid did terminate contract on her own (not being fired). Actually, I don't like broken-contract maid but I accepted as I needed maid urgently. However, up till now, it's still being processed.

I interviewed the maid at agent's office and just asked some simple questions. No 試工 at all.

For me, I still feel not good to employ broken-contract.

The maid can stay at HK for 14 days. Some agents may arrange that maid to work in the new employer's house. Then the maid needs to exit HK to go to Macau or China waiting for granting of VISA. However, I can't comment if it's OK or not. You may take the risk of breaking the law and also the insurance matter.

如果係工人自己辭職的, 我更加唔會請, 佢唔鍾意就辭職容乜易去到我度又辭職!

我都好急搵工人, 但我今次一定唔接受斷約工人!
完到約, 希望衰極有限啦!

你請斷約點解唔試工先呢, 有d工人講就天下無敵, 做起上來就.......

斷約最快都要個半月架! 唔係立即可以返工! 唔好信d agent話斷約工人點好點好, 個工人隨時walkin行入agent到, agent鬼知佢有咩好有咩衰!!

如果你急, 應該係搵完約工人, 佢地可以留係香港等visa, 未出visa你都可以叫佢返住工先, 當然無保險無保障.... 仲唔合法添, 但如果你真係十萬火急要工人, 都要架啦.....

This maid has not yet come to my house pending granting of VISA. I can't see her performance. However, I must not employ broken-contract maid if she's not good!

In my view, maid can be good or not good no matter she's from overseas or finished contract or broken contract in HK. I've fired two maids before with different background.

試工>> I don't arrange this. They can pretend or act as very hardworking.

我係18/9簽在斷約工人,現在等緊visa, agency話最快要9月尾11月頭, 其實請工人真係睇彩數, 本地完約都未必一定好, 海外未必唔好, 斷約工人感覺上唔好所以你要同佢interview, 睇佢嘅對答, 我interview個幾個完約同斷約同工人想同大家分享下
有ｄ真係好young你已經聽得到係無嘜經驗而比人炒但佢地會話係其他原因, 我都interview過完約工人佢地真係好揀工好,我睇中在個完約28歲未婚有2年經驗, 同agency話想簽佢agency話工人要考慮, 另一個完約工33歲未婚有８年經驗做個2個僱主好似幾好但佢個款唔似工人, 好長直髮, 著得好紅, high heel,我唔係咁like佢似搵老工多個搵僱主, 最後揀在個斷約工人, 30歲已婚有2小朋友, 前僱主做在3年9個月係印度人2公婆+2小朋友,佢短頭髮好清爽好causal, 被炒原因係前僱主想績約但佢想考慮點知第２日話炒佢, 我都係半信半疑, 不過同佢interview後感覺唔錯所以請佢

In my view, the performance is subject to the personality of maid but not nationality. Indo or Filipino can both be bad.

My future maid also terminated contract on her own with employer. Her reason/excuse was she can't take care of a toddler and a new born baby. Before that, she had finished 1 contract in HK according to her CV. Actually, I don't have much expectation her but I won't change maid as I need to apply again. Just wait and see.

印傭比人的感覺是捱得,但若agent都話佢辭工,我又有d擔心......請問你請的是幾歲呢?

我個agent介紹比我那個28歲,未婚.我又擔心佢來我屋企又話辛苦,我有2個細路.
28歲都唔細,尤其印傭,又怕佢話要返去嫁......唉.........好煩
