My children's and ours are both once a week. Sometimes, when my daughter sick and vomit, it will be more than once a week.
Actually, my helper has to do a lot of laundry works. For example, bedsheet for adults and children every week, bath towel every week for adults and daily for children, children and adult clothes every day, curtain and sofa cover every quarter. She also has to do hand wash for my underwear and children uniform everyday and sweaters on occasion.
Sometimes, I feel lucky that my washing machine is still working with such heavy duty daily and my helper is also fine with her hand wash.
Sorry for confusing you. The underwear I referred to is only under T shirt. I am putting on thermal under T shirt in the winter. The material of this under T shirt seems to be better to be washed by hand.
