which one should i choose?

i want to fire my maid and hire another one and i have 1 one year old boy and my second one will born on next feb. i have 2 choices : 1st one 24 years old and have been worked in singapore for 2 years she need to take care 2girls in sin (3,4years old). this one i have seen her video and she looks quite ok but she don't have take care new born experience. 2nd one 31 years old and have been worked in singapore for 2 years she is married with two son (6,10 years old). She need to take care one 2year old girl and a new born baby in sin, but this one the agent don't have her video. shall i choose the one with new born experience to take care my new born baby and older age or shall i choose the younger one with take care children experience???

I won't select the one without a video. Sometime it is very different in the photo and the video. You also need to listen to her voice and her English standard. Also the facial expression and the body language of the maid. Don't count on a paper only.
