Go to Immigration Dept to pick up the relevant forms (whole set):-
1. Visa/Entry Permit Applicaiton Form (ID(E)936A)
2. Application for an Extensionof Stay (ID91)-
Optional
3. Undertaking by the Helper (ID 407L)
4. 4 sets of the new standard Employment Contract
(ID 407)
5. Application for Employment of Domestic Helper
from Abroad (ID(E) 407K)
Fill in all forms, ask your Bun Bun to sign and also with your signatures (some forms), then first ask your Bun Bun bring 4 sets of the Contract with her passport and your HKID copy to go to the Philippines Consultate to process the contract (HK$297.5) (around 1/2 days) on Sunday, if she would like to take holidays before the new contract she must fill in another form so as to get the OEC form, otherwise she can not come back to HK (HK$32). Few days later, your Bun Bun or you can go to the Consulate to pick up 3 sets of contract and OEC form. Later, you or your Bun Bun can bring all relevant documents (including your tax return, address proof, old and new contracts etc) to Immigration Dept for process.
My experience as follows:
I went to Immigration Dept on 12: 15 pm then pass all the documents to the counter at 6/F and got a ticket and they told me need to wait for around 1.5 hours, so I went outside for lunch, around 2:00 pm, the Immigration Officer asked me went to another counter for processing. As I already submitted all the relevant documents so only 5 minutes my case was OK. Finally, I need to pay the visa free (HK$135) and Bun Bun levy (HK$2,400-first installment) and get back Bun Bun passport, however after 45 minutes no one called to me to pay then I just went to the counter and ask the cashier, she was very nice and told me come back before 4:30 pm to pay (if you are working at Wanchai, you better go back to office first and come back at around 4:15 pm). I went back at 4:15 pm to pay and got back the visa.
