I just book a China hotel from this web. But this web trap me the hotel has 2 beds room, in fact the hotel just have the same class 1-king size bed. I sent e-mail to them for the room amendment, they said it cannot be changed. And told me to bargain with the hotel....
And then, I have to cancel the booking, this web have to charge 1 night hotel fee + USD 15 (service charges)!
Thank you for your inquiries. First of all, we are sorry that we don't have twin rooms available during your travelling period. And it was Agoda putting our deluxe king and deluxe twin together as one room type, not Orange Hotel insists to do this, we wish you can understand this. When we received your special requests from Agoda, we informed them that we cannot fulfill this request without any delay. Besides, we have already mentioned the maximum occupancy of our guest room on Agoda website. We did receive a call from Agoda asking if there would be any surcharge for guest staying with 2 childs. We were told that there would be 1 adult and 2 childs, so we replied Agoda that there would be no extra cost for this case.
If you are 4 people travelling together, you may want to reserve two rooms instead, but again, we don't have twin room available.
