You no need to worry about the "quota full" in Kwong Wah, as the quota only for check up, so even it's full, it's only mean you can't have the check up at Kwong Wah, doesn't mean you can't give birth at Kwong Wah.
You can also have the check up outside, and remember keep all the medical record / letter from doctor.
When you need to give birth, just go to Kwong Wah A&E, say you need to give birth and it's the nearest hospital for you at that moment. Don't worry, the nurse will not kick you out.
