I don't like there, I hv live in 南豐 Block 5 before. It's direct facing 康景. It already hv dark in afternoon around 3 - 4 if that day don't hv sunshine. Transportation is not convenience. There is only 1 Green mini van going to Taikoo Shing and 1 going to SKW and the schedule is not so frequent. If you walk from 康景 to Taikoo MTR, it need 15 - 20 minutes and it will be very hot in Summer time.
H/ever, the air zone is very clean n u wl see a lot of green area and this is good for yr kids. That is the only thing I miss.
栢蕙 is around 10 - 15 years. The developer is Taikoo and it's quite 實用, I remember is approx 85%. For what I remember for all Kornhill 客廳係鑽石型. u can go to the property website to check the floor plan.
Why do u consider TaikooShing. Very convenient, hv a lot of playground for kids.
Thanks...perhaps I shall check out 栢蕙 as well. I had a friend living TaikooShing...and it gave me "dark" impression..perhaps due to her living at low floor. Besides, the price of TKShing is out of my budget ah.... :cry:
I also live at Hornhill (upper part) as well. Good environment and no noisy. You have good "Fu Shui" to introduce. Is it expensive? How much for the flat 642 sq. ft.? Thanks.
