Ingredients:5 servings
@1/2 cup prepared coffee
@2 tablespoon Amaretto or Rum(可用細細樽咖啡酒代替)
@175ml Milk
@Lady Finger*
@Tiramisu Cream Mix*
@Cocoa Mix*
Remark:Ingredients with * is attached in Tiramisu pack.
~~~~Method~~~~
1.)Mix coffee with Amaretto, chill to room temperature.
2.)Spoon coffee mix onto lady finger layer in pan, let soak for 5 minutes.
3.)Pour 175ml milk into bowl, add Tiramisu cream mix, beat at low speed of electric mixer for 1 minutes., whip at high speed for 4 minutes.(冇電子攪拌器可用人手攪拌器)
4.)Spread over lady finger layer.
5.)Sift cococa mix over Tiramisu cream, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
