Have you ask "陽X" to discuss with your maid? Sometimes, communication is the problem between us. They don't know how to say in Cantonese and used to tell you 'No'.
My maid also use the mobile that we gave her to call to Indonesia when she aboard. When I discover it, she still told us 'No'. I need to prove with the billing then she said she was forget it.
After discussed and verbal warn by the translator, she honestly told us that she was home missing and afraid we will fire her if we know it.
We finally need her to settle the IDD billing but also suggest her to buy the IDD Calling card to use her rest time in the afternoon to call home.
The problem was solved and even she not always to call to Indonesia.
Where did you get this information? Could you please confirm because my new maid did many strange things, unusual and repeated mistakes, both serious and minor. She also complained my home is small, .my children are too small (young), the food we cook are cheap....., Crazy! She knows our background, eg the size of my flat, the age of my children. Sometimes, I suspect she made many mistakes and did not obey instructions intentionally.
Grateful if you could tell me if Immigration Dept will keep this kind of information in their record.
