thks chanbdaddy, I'm 100% hkese, but my hubby is gwei, so he always thinks it's not logical not let our son eat yogurt and chocolate milk, he said our boy need sugar!!! so annoying!!!!!1

If your son is not very strong, don't eat yogurt because in Chinese, it is "cold" and easy to get germs. Don't eat any "cold" food, just like women. This is my doctor told me.
