My c6's grandpa made his own will and c6 is the beneficiary of his property. Eventually this property cannot be sold because of the wordings in his will. We have sought the opinion of 2 solicitors and still nothing can be done (over 10 years).
I would strongly suggest you not to SAVE these few thousands.
Correction:
The executor will be give $xxxx after finishing the duty.
Teresa's verions is very pro. Better use her version. Mine is the simplified version. I copied the wording from a sample I bought from a stationery shop.
