Briefing and debrief are important for communication, without good communication skill, how can u imagine your subordinate can work efficient. Work smart and work life balance are important, even though not easy to have. So I guess turnover rate of your team is high. You are young and better quit for better company culture, you can't learn from this kind of boss.
