My frd went to one of the shops in London in June. She was looking at a Verrou in gold color. However, the SA said it was for display only lor..... so sad... She bot a 140 before asking for a Verrou ga la....
I visited all the shops in London last month and repeated visit the branch at Sloane street and Harrods but SA replied no stock every time. Finally I was lucky to get a canvas gp 30 at Heathrow airport.

Just back from London and it was exactly the same situation previous JMs mentioned. There were some bags on shelf but ALL were display only, even for the GP!!!
I gave up and stopped visiting the H shops in the following days. Save my time and mood to enjoy the vacation with my family indeed
haha, I would say a lot, and I shop regularly with her, not on leathergoods, but mostly in RTW and jewellery. All I can say they don't sell to tourists anymore, at least that's the case in London, as their inventory simply can't even meet the demands of regular customers.
Basically I emailed my SA, and told her exactly what I am after. I just went in and made the purchase after the bag has arrived, but of cos I made other purchases as well.
Like I said, they always have Bs and Ks at the back, but one will have to drop big money before getting one. I managed to score a B30 with my regular SA couple of weeks ago, but it was an order with specific requirements..
Just fyi, most are for displays only. They may have some verrous at the back (which they are trying desperately to sell these days), but one will have to ask.
