我家印尼工人今天走(失蹤了), 來了香港大約1個月, 無錢無passport.
問agent 她沒有回去, 不知道去了????

收到勞工署文件工人要求約$4000 ($1500 人工, $2000機票, 其他$500)

下星期上勞工署傾傾
她自己失踪, 她需要給回一個月人工.
相減她應該收的$500, 加上機票不用途$2000

大家覺得我應該點做好?

Agent問領士館那兒工人去了那裡, 他說她在佐敦.
Agent 說佐敦是她們的工會, 叫我好立即去勞工署claim她 (太忙還沒有時間去)

Never tell the IMMI that your contract is terminated or you fall into the pit. Maids always set you up this way. When maids runaway, employers' duty is to "reprot missing" instead of and "termination". This is because contract in question is still officially valid all until either party expressly terminate it. If u report it is "terminated" it means you are the one to terminate the maid without prior notice. You will then be sued by the maid .
