I know the difference between working days and calendar days but how do you come to a conclusion on "年假幾時都係用工作日計"?? if a person's monthly salary is $10000 and he has 15 days of unused holidays before he departs, boss needs to pay $10000/26x15? and if he has 15 days undued salary, boss needs to pay him extra $10000/30x15??

.合約期內(指政府批visa比妳工人果兩年內)一定係14日年假+2日休息日,因為合約上一定無寫明休息日係no leave,即係已經假設妳同工人協議咗休息日係有人工的,如果係續約,佢放假期間仲係妳工人,係合約期內所以要比休息日
完約後反歸只需要14日年假$,因為妳同佢沒有僱傭合約,佢放假的時期不是妳工人,所以沒有休息日,..
