It might be good to at least request for a telephone interview if employers out there are thinking to employ them...it would be nice to get a feel of whether they are prepared to work in a place like HK but not like the middle east...
The lady is very very lucky! I do not know what sort of agreements they have under the table, anyway, I believe it should be their responsibility to have the helpers well-trained and prepared to work in a new environment like HK. They should have well-explained how different it is here as compared to the middle east.
We, as employers, facing a helper like that is only left to consider whether to continue giving chances or to let go...
