You may try to call Gourmet International 國際美食 ask for quotation. They are experts to do outside catering. Email: [email protected]

Pls note their web site is not much to see since they usually tailor made for their client. Their charge is min. 1,000 (hope I remeber correctly), not sure if they include delivery.

Yes, I tried before. The food is ok.... not sure if it is ok now, I ordered with them in 2004 for my home X'mas party. This year, I will order for my son's birthday in Dec.

I know the boss of this company in 1997 since I was working in XXCL, and he always do business with a number of big firms.

I rec'd the call today, and Mr. Cheung said the menu can be tailor made. Do you have any ideas ? or have you already choose the food, can you share with me . My little boy's party will be held at 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Which company are you talking about?

I have not yet received the quotation but I have given Gourment int'l my budget and how many people for them to prepare menu for me.

If your party is 2:00-5:00, you can ask them to prepare more snacks instead of rice or some heavy food.

If i receive info, will let u know.

I have only contacted Gourmet international as I knew them for long time, at least 9 nine years, (they have business with big firms and also school lunch box, so the hygiene should be ok) and have more confidence on them. However, I will compare the menu & price btw gourmet & magic-express.

So let's share the menus after receipt.

Price: Around 1500 include delivery (since I know this company, so they offer discount to me)

I called Gourmet this noon, and Mr. Cheung said that they haven't received my fax and ask me to fax again, and will have reply tomorrow.

The voice I heard was not so polite, and also I feel that he is looking for a big business, as yesterday I told him around 20-25 persons and he wanna to quote me a HKD2,500 menu.

Maybe, this time I would try magic-express or do you have any more suggestions ?
