Dear Cynthia,

I have called Prince's Building and Wisdor House mothercare and I have been told that the kind of bathing hat Ian using have been out of stock for a long time, and they believe there would not be any stock in other mothercare also. :-( Cynthia, when did u buy the hat? It is so cool, I would like to buy one too.

Did your baby love your new dish?

Today: Carrot + Tomato + Onion + Beef = Soup
Papaya + Black Cod + Egg Yolk + Soup = Congee (Use 1/2 Brown Rice)

And I also have a method to boil the congee, into very smooth condition, in a short period of time...
1. Soak the rice for a few hours
2. Put the rice + little bit of water into the blender or grinder for a few second
3. When the water is boiled, put the grinded rice into the water...REMEMBER to stir it frequent (otherwise it will stick together)
4. After 20-30 minutes, the congee is done and u can add the vegetable + meat mixture in (I usually cook the veg. + meat seperately, then blend it and add into the congee)

It can save more energy and time....
