I lost 1.2lbs this time but a bit disappointed because I ate 2 days' 雞脾餐 already. Not that much than Ah Pat. :cry: But I'm surprised to know my fat rate is lower to 28%. But 營養師 said the fat rate cannot reflect the truth after 雞脾餐. :tongue: :tongue:
My exercise include marching, sit-up on weekdays; go to gym or swim on weekend. Yesterday, 營養師 asked me to carry 2樽 water during marching.

I will go to 做節 this evening and tomorrow evening. 營養師 wrote me a 餐單 for 做節, that food is mainly concentrated on dinner.

Don't give up, it's the fault of your 營養師. You have already followed the instructions. Maybe you have already reached the 'stable line" now.
My 營養師 said she had a lot of methods to let me lose weights. So ... don't worry, 營養師 will have their ways. We all support you, don't give up !! 加油, 加油 !!!!
