I think it was available from TRUs at $29.9@ but out of stock now. (You should check this out too if more convenient.)

Correct, haven't bought ANY book for school yet.
The bookshop will sell books at school this Sat, my son will not be going over them anyway, so might as well buy on Sat. If any book unavailable, not our fault.

My son is reading 我要自己讀紅 series la. Really good contents. Bad that each of us have 6 quotas to borrow books from the lib at a time!!!! I have to split one series into 2-3 slots at least for borrowing.

Yes ah, he can read a good number of Chinese words (but as I said, not sure if he is doing so by chance - which is unimportant).

He is also

in the sense that ..... he threw an IKEA plastic clock 落街 this morning tim. Luckily the secu told me that only the clock broke but not anyone's heads!!!

I found my son is quite poor in recognising Chin words.

Do you use flash card to help him memorising such words? Or which method you have used to enhance his Chin reading ability?
