me too... I feel very sleepy all the time even when I sleep early (10:30pm) at night...
even though I don't need to 'liu liu' at night, still I feel I sleep not enough in the morning and so I prepare my breakfast late loh!!!

Yesterday night when I watched pre-recorded NBA final, I feel that my monkey bebe inside moves alot!!! seemingly he's one of the NBA player!!! oh nooo and so he moves all the time even when I sleep and I need to do some 'massage' and talk to him to sleep!!!
Little life is very interesting! This lesson teaches me don't let monkey bebe to watch TV at night!
我分泌都多左, but I find no colour of this... it's okay la... and I find that my bebe inside moves vigorously in my tummy many times...

I encountered the same problem as you. 左邊腰痛+左邊大腿會痺, especially in the afternoon, after sitting in the office the whole morning. So even now the weather is hot, I still insist to go out for lunch coz I really need time to move.

where will you have your milk pumped out? I can only do this in the toilet coz all rooms in the office are with transparent glass. but a nurse said do not do it in washroom during a talk on breastfeeding. . . I am still struggling if I will continue bf when I back to work. . .
遲? I don't think so. Even I have brought the baby cot in May, I still ask the shop to keep it until July for me to pick up. (It is in promotion in May) My mum and dad don't want me to move any furniture during my pregnancy.
Each lesson lasts for 1 hour, however, it usually takes 5-10 min for taking attendence.
For the part that husbands can participate, it is actually not very long, and once their part is done, the nurse will ask them to leave the room and wait outside the room.

I think conference room is better than toilet... can you book the conference room during lunch time? I heard some mums pump the milk during lunch time and they booked the conference room, played some music to relax and this can make the pumping easier.
If the room has glass wall, can you put on the BF clothes and hide yourself behind the door (non-transparent)? Lots of BF mums put on the BF clothes and just feed the bb in public areas... I think the BF clothes should be able to hide the body and no one will know what you are doing.

My mum fried the rice in large portion, put them in a bottle and every time when I needed to drink, just put some rice inside the 保溫杯 and get the hot water from hospital.
