My son slobbers too - looks exactly like that (e.g. when he sees McD fries, KFC chicken, Tomy cars, 超人TV shows, PS2 driving / fighting games).
So be careful next time you see him. May do that to you in mischief ga.

Yes I will definitely go ahead and try those little experiments (when I get the book). Even if it means burning sugar cubes. Do it in a sink loh. Better than letting my son become curious and try it out himself someday.

C6H12O6 (sugar) --> 6 Carbon + 6 H2O (water vapor)

I returned all my chem back to my chem teacher immediately after HKCEE. May even be before HKCEE.

Just a thought :
Chem is widely propagated in Mainland China. Look at the way all chemicals are used , e.g. on rotten food to make it appear fresh, and the use of malacite green on fish and eels !!
They are really the best chemists in the world !! (in a xxx sense)

Those mainland businessmen want ONLY money "見錢開眼". They are trying to use different ways to feed the fish into a marketable size in the "shortest period" and then they can sell in the market for $$$$$ with regardless of the health of people.

I just worry that we won't have any food to eat soon.

All the problematic food like:
"sick pig => infectious with Streptococus. bacteria,
"poisonous fish" => feed with fungicide, steroid, medicines
"flu chicken" => H5N1
"bleach rice"
"rotton food" =>
false egg????
.............
