我有問題要請教, 麵團搓的時候,越搓越多油, 焗完幾硬,也不鬆, 原因會是什麼?
材料:
麵粉 150g
可可粉 25g - I only put less
無鹽牛油(室溫) 90g
糖霜 25g - I haven't put this in
砂糖 25g
蛋 1隻
鹽 少許 - I haven't put this in.
4. 將麵團搓成球體, 用保鮮紙包好, 放入雪櫃至少一小時- Ihaven't put it to 雪櫃.
