唔好意思咁遲先覆大家, 雪芳蛋糕 recipe 如下 :

INGREDIENTS : ~
Eggs x 4 (seperate)
water x 135ml
plant oil x 85ml
salt x 1/2 tsp
sugar x 80g + 70g
flour x 135g
cocoa powder / coffee powder x 15g (Optional)
dough x 1 tsp
STEPS :~
(1) Preheat oven (175'c for 10 minutes)
(2) Mix 4 egg yoke, 80g sugar & plant oil ~ (out come mixture A)
(3) Add water, salt, sieved flour, cocoa powder, dough into mixture A ~ (out come mixture B)
(4) Pour 70g sugar into hard egg white, stir gently ~ (out come mixture C)
(5) Pour mixture C to B into 3 time, stir very gently ~ (out come mixture D)
(6) Pour mixture D to the mould, then put into the oven for 35 minutes

Remarks : 不需作任何防沾動作, 不可用甩底模, 出爐需立即倒扣, 有唔明再問啦 !![]()
