舊粉團 用木棒 "look" 平 就用得...
一包酥皮 如整蘋果批, 底+面 = 整到3次, 如做蛋撻... 可能一次都用晒 lor...
佢都講得岩, 我上次做半打 tart 舊粉團約 160g, D 酥皮包裝: 375g, 我估都係一打左右咋 ~~
