Do u remember me ? I've already give my bun bun a termination letter( date is 3/1/2007) and last working date is 10/2/2007.(But i feel her do not want to sign). is it OK?
Can you tell me that is there any thing i must pay attention(document or others).
Do i need to give her a one way air-ticket or two way air- ticket ?(it is because she is just a local bun bun when i employed her)

{How come her last day is 10/2/2007? If you gave her the one-month notice on 3/1/2007, she should leave on the 2/2/2007. In your case, it is better to be more then one month from the date she leave your house from her original finish contract date. If not it is finish contract, not terminate.}

{Feel? Did you ask her to sign or not? Tell her if she co-operate you will give her good release paper, if not you will bad release her. Anyway, it doesn't matter she don't sign the acknowledgement.}
