Will be meeting the teacher next Wed. See what she says.
How come your son's school always give ppl the impression that it is to be continuous assessment, whereas they really actually amount to exams in other schools ?
Piglet's classmate who is attending your son's school has a private tutor, I heard.

ic.. the thomas books you mentioned was sold at $28 each ($35 less 20%) at Sogo.

There should be altogether 35 titles, and 5 more is going to be published in summer. I've also got full set at home ah.

Yes, $28 is really a v good price. Catch the chance next time!

btw, most of the titles I bought had no discount or just vv few discount gar.... :-( :-(

I find this series is quite good!!

Book size is small enough to bring along and put in my son's backpack. Stories are interesting and also matched with the DVDs so that my son is quite familiar with it.

If your son is a super fan of Thomas, this series of books are indispensable!!

Piglet just found the books, picked them up, found as many diff titles there, and dumped them on me - "Mmummy, I want these." Just like that. :-(

Also bought some "ixar" books. Will surely ask me to take him to watch the movie too.
