Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients(Basic) :-
120 ml
heavy cream
3
large egg yolks
60 g
granulatedsugar
80 ml
milk
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
Recipe :-
A)
Mix egg yolks and granulatedsugar well until the mixture is whitish.
Add milk and mix well.
Simmer and stir over low heat.
Do not bring to boil.
When the mixture has thickened, remove itfrom heat before the yolk hardens.
Coolit with iced water.
B)
Beat heavy cream in acontainer. (Cooling ice water will shorten the time.)
C)
Add vanilla extract to firstmixture (A).
Then add whipped heavycream (B).
D)
Put the cooled ingredients inthe ice cream maker.
