Mainland version of "Gruffalo" books is purely chinese. But translation is done by a mainland famous OLD OLD translator called 孔熔熔 (i thought he is a 'she' before seeing his photo on the inside cover).

買滿 $50- 就可做會員, 基本上立即就會比個八折比你,

as far as I remember ms fong has only a fixed no. of free VIP cards to distribute on a first-come-first-served basis. all cards have been distributed. If any one wants to get one, they can apply for one at the adult book side paying HK$20 and the card can be used for kid books too.

it is worthy over the long run if you can save 20% at any purchase UNLESS you are not going to buy a lot at all.

各位童書專家:

我趁昨天返下晝, 於是在早上到了新X維"尋寶", 我落左單訂書呀, (因為想買的書無貨) 我落左$50訂呀, 而且佢地話要預一個月左右.....是真的嗎? 好似好耐咁, 請問你地有無在新X維訂書的經驗呀? 是真的要一個月嗎?.....好心急呀!

不過, 雖然即時買唔到最想買的書, 但我都買左好多實物圖片的圖書 ($3@, 類似大大張的圖卡, 但釘裝成一本的, 岩哂我個百厭仔, 因為佢成日都拎d圖卡鋪在地上亂踩, 十分危險, 好容易跣親

) 另外, 我亦買了3本Miffy書, 阿仔都好鍾意, 因為佢成日都睇Miffy vcd, 所以睇書時多左份親切感

one silly suggestion to resolve the problem: you open a new BK ac called FXPC* or FXPC 2 or fxpc or FxPc or fXpC....

Then ask friends to resend the PMs to you.
