燒爛水煲 ; 趕仔出門口 係重罪，要嚴重警告，要是再犯一定冇得留低。 Warning letter 係咪可叫agent代勞呢？

Mine is Oct-30 (suppose to be the last 加場 show).

I will not bring my son along cos he is 坐唔定, it's better to leave him home and go with my hubby to watch and 撐枱腳 to celebrate my BD la. btw, as he need to go to school the next day, he should stay at home and sleep early.

Re: JMC, my son has joined for only 3 months, so far so good. But he enjoys listening the JMC CD more than attending the class!!

According to the Employment Ordinance (Cap 57), an employer is prohibited from deducting wages from his employees, except under the following circumstances:

- deductions for damage to or loss of the employer's goods, equipment, or property by the employee's neglect or default. In any one case, the sum to be deducted shall be equivalent to the value of the damage or loss but not exceeding $300. The total of such deductions shall not exceed one quater of the wages payable to the employee in that wage period.

Hence you may deducted your helper's salary to compensate your loss by a max of $300 for every case of damage, up to $817.50~$830 per month in aggregate.

I've deducted my maid's salary for 2 times of several hundred dollars. Though she's unhappy, but I want her to understand she has to bear the conseqence of her improper act.

not that bad!!! the written 'reminder' (=warning) signed, she agreed to pay for the damage and agreed to improve performance.

You know, she is a mother of 4 children and now she needs to take care of 1 little b only. we queried her capacity and threatened that she could either perform better or go home soon.

btw, almost 90% of Step Into Reading books were gone!!
