我覺得 aerobic 對減肥比較有用,但修身就 yoga 好 d!如果 2 樣做齊一定好 fit!

以你地經驗,初頭做應該每款 for beginners o既 yoga (hatha, hot, ash, power) 都試o下先,然後選一款玩 ? 定係做耐o左一款先轉 ?
我有 d 想做 hot (因可減肥、對皮膚好),但係咪應該做熟o左 hatha 先 ?![]()

我覺得要做到個動作"外型"似都唔難,但難在要 d 肌肉係點樣用,有冇用啱力,有冇配合適當嘅呼吸.......呢 d 先至係"戲肉"!咁呢 d 當然要時間慢慢浸番嚟!

我頭先係health & mix centre試左一堂yogapilates trial class,唔知係我既呼吸同動作未能配合,定個instructor教得快(一個鐘內教左十多個postures),我覺得自己唔知係到做乜咁.另外,我同同事一齊試堂,佢事後話佢對腳超勁酸痛,但我只係條腰有少少硬.唔知係我用錯muscles定用錯力,抑或我叫做做過gym,d muscles都叫運動過,所以冇感覺到muscle酸痛呢?
