我一直都係真正既麥包, 97% fat free cheese, low-fat milk, egg white; 生果同菜 (以前冇bb都係咁), 但我都重了許多, 有d人係好長胎! 冇辦法! 唔好食太多甜嘢. :-(

in supermarket ar....我飲果隻叫金燕牌 (hk 出)無糖黑芝麻霜, 有些台灣牌子都有(叫寶馬山), 但成份可能有糖!但飲2-3匙冇大問題啦! 好過出街食成豌糖精

我係住向澳門媽媽, 如果澳門大部份超市都有, 香港冇理由冇, 你試吓百佳, citysuper之類, 我早前在city super 目見到有d 台灣牌子都有呢類產品.

我同你的case差唔多，胎盤低同窄，bb個patpat落左盤骨，醫生話比兩星期時間bb（我依家34week尾），如果到36week都無轉頭就要開都，不過醫生話可以等到38week先開刀。

我都一心想順產，快d復原，同上奶都好d嗎！！！

me too~我係左邊盤骨痛~而家訓覺一轉身就痛~同埋訓完起身落地行果下痛~都幾煩
今次我係第3胎~我都有問過醫生~佢話生得多係會有呢個情出現=.=好似話係個盤骨鬆左定係點,我都唔係好記得~
佢叫我要做多d產前同產後運動~咁就會冇咁痛

我exactly有同樣問題, 又係左邊呀... 坐底同瞓底起身撐開腳果下由盤骨一直痛到上腰, 有幾次要坐番底叫老公扶先再起得返身呀 :cry:

做多d產前運動真係好有幫助, 本身我條腰骨同盤骨好差. 但學咗產前運動後, 真係好work. 因為我大約26週後就瞓低後要差不多5分鐘先可以起到身. 依家好快就起到身.

My bb is already 32week5days. I had just visited C+ Dr. last Sat and same problem exist i.e. head size larger than normal (ahead of 2 weeks), arm bone (1 week behind) and leg bone (3 weeks behind) lag behind the standard size. Do u encounter the same problem as mine?

For the size of the BB, he is already 2 kg . As the bb head is larger than normal, Dr. said I may have to go for sccissor (operation) instead of natural birth. Have your dr. give u any advice the way of birth?

One of my friend had the same problem of yours, her baby's head is quite large, so she chose to do the operation. It's much save for you and your baby. Or u may visit one more C+Dr. to mesure your baby's head, and ask his advise to decide what to do.

所以而家我都係一得閒就做下醫生教我果個動作~
不過有時真係太痛既話,我都係要我老公拉我起身-.-
我之前生大女同細女都冇呢個問題,係陀呢個阿b先有~_~
我懷疑都唔知係咪個肚大得濟重得濟,壓住左盤骨d神經=.=
好彩仲有個幾月生得..忍埋呢個月就甩難-.-
