We stayed in 'Pantai Villa', i.e. Seaview villa, balcony only. 晨光初現嗰 view 好靚啊﹗There are only 6 villa of this type. 本來我想留耐些﹐但第2日 is fully booked, so we have to leave room by 11:30am. So we took 1:00pm boat 離島。
Gayana Eco Resort 的 gears (including snokelling & kayak) are free of charge. 如果你住 those expensive villa, i.e. villa directly access the sea, soft drink in the room is free of charge too.

Fortunately, we met turtle in the Research centre this time.

The days we stayed in Survivor Island is so nice.

在岸邊玩浮潛﹐ 都見到魚仔啊﹗

有turtle睇咁好?! 乜唔係話早兩年已經放生左冇得睇咩? 而家係咪長放turtle係度呀? 係咪要一早去research ctr睇?

另,Survivor Island 其實主要係出名玩咩架? 係咪同sapi/ manukan/ mamutik 差不多

你地係咪係star碼頭出島去呢度? 1x min船程

島上有冇野食賣?
我見你d相有好多魚仔呀

係咪近岸已經見到咁多?

Anyone try Sabah Tony local tour "Xinan Tours Sdn Bhd" before ? Their prices are same as Perfxxt Holidays as they have the same boss in KK.

HP,

U so lucky that there is no more turtle in the resort as they will return to the sea once recover. You can buy Mark Six this time.
I hope I can see it when I go in Aug.

其實 Survivor Island 不同一般在 KK 出島玩的﹐它是遠離市區的保護區。由市區去﹐要坐 >2.5 hours 車﹐再轉船啊﹗Pulau Tiga Resort

haha, yes, we're very lucky. When we aboard Gayana, I asked the staff if there is any turtle, he honestly said it is rare to see. However, as we visit the Research Centre, there are 2 turtles. As we approach them on the staircase, the turtle come to say hi frequently. They are really friendly.

Is the 電話卡 (Maxis) is applicable for iphone 3GS or 4 ? Can it be used to call back or receive call from HK ? How much per minute for local or international call ?

For local tour, I also want to book one day in advance as we may change the plan depends on weather.

For Gayana resort, did you try their restaurant ? Which one is better ? Is it expensive ? Is it enough time it just stay for one night ?

Maxis can make call to HK. I think it can be used on iPhone, but I have not tried. http://www.maxis.com.my/main.asp
But note that charge for 手機上網 & just make call is greatly different. You may need to 增值 more before. However, 马来西亚的手机是没有『接收』费用的。所以﹐你可以叫 agent 覆電話俾你﹐慳啲通話費。

I tried the Chinese Restaurant of Gayana. As expected, not cheap as we took 'Big Fish' (海底雞) which cost nearly HK$200. For our dinner, 4A2K, it spent RM564.

There is another fusion restaurant. No time to try. Just take breakfast there. 環境好正﹐ just poolside! 其實﹐ Gayana 無什麼活動﹐ 只有浮潛﹑ Kayak, 潛水﹑ 游水﹑曬太陽。If you can spread these activities in 2 days, it would be greatly relax. But for us, it is a bit expensive.

We did make dinner reservation via hotel for Toscani at WaterFront. Must go before 5:30pm in order to have time to enjoy the great sunset view.
But note that there may be some smell from the sea! 食完飯﹐可以漫步去埋菲律賓夜市食串燒﹗

mouth:

We took shrimp, lamb chops, beer, soft drink and some other food for 2A2K. It costs ~RM385.

BTW, the seafood picture is taken at 双天﹗I tried 双天﹑大茄來 (Welcome) & Chinese restaurant at Gayana. The local taxi driver mentioned 海王城 is double the price of 大茄來。 Anyway, the food from these restaurants are yummy!

唔該晒, 想問下去大茄來有咩菜式好食呀? 另外你去gayana 個schedule 係點呀? 因為好似有d時間有特別節目, e.g. 第2朝餵大魚, 佢有冇schedule 俾住客架?

水上活動中心(09:00a.m-18:00p.m)
free drink 啤酒屋(18:00-19:00)
餵大魚 (09:00am-09:30am)

Boat schedule:
入島時間﹕12:30、14:30、16:30　出島船期：11:00, 13:00, 16:00

因我們搭12:30船入島﹐ we visited the research centre in the afternoon.
