I was saying. I am doing my 2nd bread making with P104 now. Doing 芝士腸仔手撕包. however the dough was very small and short after 1st rising! and the dough weighed 380g only. Is that normal?
The official recipe even says you can cut the dough into 12 pcs! Then only 38g each? I usually make the bread with 55-60g dough ga. Then this would be mini sausage bun lol
I cut 10 doughs only, and put half slice of cheddar cheese and half pc of sausage into each mini dough. Now doing the 2nd rising. Hope it would be successful la.
