I heard that our bodies won't burn fat until after exercising for 30 mins. Is that true? Because of this myth / truth, some people suggest that we should do exercise for more than 30 mins....they said ah hr is ideal. According to them, if we stop right after 30 mins, our bodies can't burn fat, but sugar only.
Are they right? I'm not sure if what they said is true.
But you know what? exercising for ah hr. is really difficult......
