I have tried few lessons on Hartha (beginner class), I would like to try Power (beginner class). What is the difference between the two classes? Please advise. Thanks.

Which yoga center did you join? Pure Yoga?

Hatha focuses on alignment and long deep stretching. Power links postures together to create dynamic sequences. This provides the student with an energizing and detoxifying practice. I like both of them ah!!

my colleague went to the same 3 luen during lunch time today, but couldn't find it. maybe i'll go tomorrow to see if i can find it or not.

what level (beginner/intermediate/advanced?) of the DVD is?

you can find it just next to the cashier - cabinet (top of the cabinet together with kids' CDs).

No B/M/A, only Hot Yoga & Hartha Yoga.

due to incorrect posture to hold a 2 yrd old baby, i got lower back pain these 2 days. can i still go to hot yoga? what do u suggest?

I think you can go as usual but have to inform the teacher. They always asked "anyone injured ?" before the class and they'll teach you how to do!

I just went to Living Yoga today for 1 trial session.

Their 每月任玩 package is $548. You need to pay one-time registration fee $288 (but this fee is waived if you use HSBC credit card).

I think their charge is quite reasonable, at least cheaper than MYoga ($688).

But the location is not convenient for me. I might end up waiting until Pure Yoga opens in Mongkok in Aug.
