I just happen to love spending other ppl's $$$.

World Book Day books again :

Went to Brit Council but couldn't buy 10 copies of Capt Undie - the man there was willing to sell only a max of 4 ja.
Said the supplier didn't fill their order cos they sold at $10@ only, whereas others sold at higher px.
They were able to get 6 diff titles only, out of the 9 titles avail for WBD.

I saw 2 unopened packs of Cpt Undies at lunch, but the man said 1 pack was for somewhere else, they only had 25 for sale, and so if he sold me 10 he would run out of books for other ppl woh.
Funny logic.
He has to sell them somehow, someday.

Compared the normal version and WBD version of Capt Undies book, and found that the WBD book was much smaller in size, the publisher just reduces the image slightly then cut. so part of the margins are gone.
Saves a little paper and ink, so the books are sold for ~GBP1.

Yes, sleepless night is really painful!!

Do you figure out why can't you sleep well? Due to pressure? Body health?

I also sleep very little since Kv has started his primary school :( I think round 5 hours a day... 6 hours at most.

My body weight rebounces already la... can just wear M&S size 12/14...

Gotta eat less to fit for those size 10 clothes!!

I also slept very little nowadays. 6 hours at most. I have to get up very early in the morning to wake up the kids and help them to get prepared.

I may go to TCS tmr to pick up the books. I still owe you theLego postage cost and HK$10 for the Jane Blonde book. I'll also bring the Chin. TW book 'Siu Nam ...Siu Siu Nam' and leave it at TCS for you.

We may cancel our trip Sing next month....v expensive and Rachel needs to attend an audition at APA over that weekend.

buddies who are mums of girls,

Went to Zara for babies' clothes last Saturday,
and found that their clothes for girls were quire pretty,
and quite reasonably priced !
Do go and have a look when you have time.

Tks for your care. Frankly, if not 3am, I would wake up at 4am something. Last night, Bee was bit by small mosquito and called for my help at 4am something. I then relocated him to my bed. I slept on the sofa to give way to him. So, again today, felt very tired. Hope things will change.

Yes, I think stress is part of the reasons. Tks for the care.

Any yummy fresh milk to introduce. I like light taste and the least 'so' smell. Wai Kee is okay. What else?

I mean the glass bottled milk.

But don't buy 十字牌 yoghurt, v funny taste.

Piglet has applied to be on-duty for Open Day, but no news re whether successful. If he's going for am session, then I'll also be there. Will let you know.

This Pura brand is under the group "Masters"
blue box,
there're both cartons (fresh milk) and UHT milk.

I use both UHT milk under either this brand or Paul's for my coffee.
Quite good taste too.
But I think you'll prefer fresh milk to UHT milk.

Just don't go for Dxtch Lady.
