I think if you adopt this diet menu, you have to control the input of sweet stuffs (such as fruit, except grapefruit). However, i think green salad is so trouble to make thus I skip the 'salad' everyday.

I'm using Beverly's (bk mami) menu, today is the 7th day, lost 4 lbs, so far so good, my target is 10-15 lbs.
I eat until full every meal, no exercise, no side effect, I feel quite comfortable, I'll keep go on, how about you, ladies ? Does anyone would like to share their experience ?
I still havent start my diet yet but I dont have too much appretize as weather is getting warmer... and recently, I am using the body shaping machine of OSIM to make muscle firmer.
