我都係做運動, 不過係每晚響屋企跟住隻vcd跳(行路同d伸展動作)半個鐘, 都有一個月喇. 好處係可以唔出街, 日日都可以做, 而且隻碟只係$35, 好抵.

Doing exercises with VCD at home! Like most of BK mamas, I'm a working mom and it's true that I don't have time to go to gym. I've started my 'keep fit' plan since 1 week and for the moment, nothing special happens. :-( I just want to get rid of my fat belly and lose 5 kgs. Perhaps I shouldn't have rice or bread at night.
