。本想敎訓下對方,拿个公道。雖然用法律拿不到公道,但我信上天總是知道一切的!現在放下了件事反覺平静多了!!

Yes, any court case can last for a long long time. Be prepared!

Most of the time, we are all threaten by the lengthly and complicated procedure and give up even before trying. That's how the BAD people can easily taking advantage of good people.

I am involved a court case which has been going for 5 years by now. I have finally received the money for settlement but not the legal fees yet.

To be honest, I do not gain anything from the settlement money as the legal fees is so high after 5 years. But it was a matter of justice and principle and I had no choice but to sue the other party.

吾係嚇你! 我上次係去佐敦既勞資審裁處, 乜你吾係去同一個地方咩? 咁我吾知道長沙灣會點處理.

但正因為好多人因為自己都係打工, 邊有咁好耐力同班PK玩. 佢地有CASE係身仲可以做黑工繼續搵食. 我舊年用番所有有薪同個PK死過.

睇番轉頭, 如果當初向個PK屈服, 除左一萬個吾順氣之外, 無啦啦比幾萬蚊個PK? 天理不容! 我班同事都叫我吾好屈服! 當中有幾堂只係搞左半日, 咁我下午返工只係扣半日假, 慳D駛嘛!

如果你屋企有其他人可以陪你爸媽搞醫院既事, 你應該會放心去同個工人戰鬥到底. 但千奇吾好咁輕易認輸! 你去到COURT再見番個PK可能會好嬲. 但最緊要平常心!

我記得主審官好串下, 好似當正我真係無出足糧比個PK, 後來我重覆又重覆咁睇番工人既口供詞同証物, 發現不但前後矛盾, 仲錯漏百出! 我花左好長時間寫我既口供詞, 足足有廿幾張A4紙. 事實係你上到庭只要講個事實出來, 個官都要自己分析番誰是誰非. 吾係個PK靠把口就得!

你要有心理準備, 吾會一日搞掂, 除非你肯就範! 明天會更好喎! 我舊年出入法庭咁多次, 真係好討厭, 但今年初上天眷顧我, 比我中左六合彩三奬! 你話係咪有天理?

支持你, 撐你! 有乜心理上需要安慰或者吾明既地方, 記得上來傾! 保利姐姐同我哋一班媽咪都會照住你!

冇錯, 堅持係為咗公義同原則, 錢唔係俾唔出, 但問題係點解要俾? 支持樓主, 啲外傭就係知香港人忙, 好多時唔想嘥時間糾纏就豪俾佢哋, 做就咗咁多無理申索.

just want to say i support you

Don't worry to much about your statements. Actually,the staffs and judge know having 'labour/court case' as a reason to stay in HK! The judge will know if stick with you true. Time will be wasted but you shall learn more how to prevent next time. Nothing to worry, be cool!

我用左個幾月時間, 去寫果份 statemen ...

i spent half day only in the court (probably the maid found herself guilty because she always looked at the floor)

agree that just present the facts & be honest
my friend, a lawyer, always emphasis that the judges believe evidences but not 婆婆媽媽

5 years? I can't believe it. The bad maid originally claimed me for $3,000+, after I challenged her thru' the Lab Dept Officer, she reduced the claim amount to $1,800+ only, really crazy. She even gave up her new job (I noted it from the maid agent), I really don't know why she did such a silly job.

What I can imagine is that she either met a new bf in HK so she doesn't want to leave HK, even for a few months. Or, she found some 'jobs' which she can earn more. I don't know.

I hope I can stay firm, but I really need to rush to the hospital and see how's my mum's operation. Really frustrated...

No, my hearing will take place at Cheung Sha Wan, that's why I was so confused whether the procedures are the same. The bad maid claims me for less than
$2,000, and that I have all the supporting docs which showed that I fully paid the bad maid every months on her pay day, and of cox, she signed adjacent to the amount she received on that month.

Also, I really think that her change to the claim date and claim amount (after I challenged her thru' the lab officer) is a good sign that she told lies, if the Judge still need to reschedule the case to another date for further investigation, I am really disappointed about the so called fairness to all the HK people.

Anyway, I do hope my case can be settled within the day, as I really don't want to see the bad maid anymore.

Between, I think (I hope) I will not angry when I see the bad maid as I really have no feeling on her anymore... most importantly, my heart is w/my parents but not her...

happy_mum, may I know if your case was also a maid's sue? What I heard from my friend who studied law, she said it won't take such a long time. If the maid 上訴, she needs to employ a lawyer which my friend said she should not have money nor have the right to apply for 法援 only permanent residence can apply for 法援.

晟媽, 可唔可以知你個前工人 claim 你幾多 $$? 我無佢既 statement, 其實我係 mud都無係手, 淨係知佢自己寫左一d 嘢, 就話係我扣佢人工... 我真係睇都未睇過果份嘢係 mud. 我知有份嘢都係個 lab officer 好人話我知咋... 所以聽日我都唔知去來重 mud?　我有既同埋事實既全部都0係我既 statement 寫晒...聽日去到我都係講番果 d...

我知有 mummy 係會收倒個工人既 docs, 又要 mail 佢地既 docs 比個工人, 我都有問過個仲裁處既 staff (officer??) 既時候, 佢話唔使, 佢重話可能我係 mix up 左我其他既 court case. 講真, 我聽落真係幾唔開心, 因為佢講到好似係我成日都同 d 工人有唔妥, 成日都比人告... 不過都無話番佢, 唉, 我都明白佢地日日都要對住呢 d case, 都好煩既... 不過真係幾唔開心 lor, 無諗過呢 d 嘢會發生係自己身上面...唉...!

希望聽日審我單 case 個官好人 d, 唔好咁惡同唔好企晒0係 d 工人果邊啦...
