I fired a bun 2 years ago and I stated clearly that the bun had serious financial problem and she stole petty cash in the termination letter to Immigration Department. Yet the bun could find a new employer shortly and her working VISA was approved as normal (I met her 3 months after I fired her and she was fired again by the new employer 6 months' later)
So, the officer handling your case is very nice, saving you lot of money and time in the foreseeable future.

邊個犯過法, mis-conduct, 同老闆頂咀被炒...等等, 都會被公開.
officially publish the information, 同埋internally review case by case, 不能相提並論.
